Introduction
MIFASUSE YAZILIM ANONIM SIRKETI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you visit our website or use our mobile applications.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Our website (www.mifasuse.com)
- All mobile applications developed and published by Mifasuse, including but not limited to Notification Filter, SMS Forward, and our lifestyle and utility applications
- Any services provided through our website or mobile applications
Most of our applications only process anonymous analytics and advertising data. However, some of our applications process sensitive data (such as notification content or SMS messages) strictly to provide their core, user-requested features. Where an application processes sensitive data, this is described in detail in the app-specific sections below. In all cases, this sensitive data is processed on your device and is sent only to the destinations you configure (for example, your own Telegram bot, your own email inbox, or your own private cloud backup). We do not sell your personal data, and Mifasuse does not receive or store the content of your notifications or SMS messages on its own servers.

Mobile Application Data Collection
Analytics, Crash, and Advertising Data (all applications)
Across our mobile applications we use the following services to keep the apps stable and to support free versions:
- Firebase Analytics: anonymous application usage statistics and device information (device type, operating system version).
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and performance/diagnostic data to help us fix problems.
- Google AdMob: advertising identifiers used to serve and measure ads in the free versions of our applications.
- RevenueCat: subscription and in-app purchase status, used to manage premium features and restore purchases. This may include an app-generated user identifier and purchase history, but not payment card details (payments are handled by Google Play / the App Store).
This category of data is general analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase-management data. It is not used to read the content of your messages or notifications.
Sensitive Data Processed by Specific Applications
Two of our applications require access to sensitive information in order to perform the exact task the user installs them for. This access is limited to those applications, is processed on your device, and is transmitted only to the destination you configure. Full details are provided in the "Notification Filter — Notification Access" and "SMS Forward — SMS Access" sections below.
App Permissions
Depending on the application, our mobile applications may request the following permissions:
- Internet Access: To deliver forwarded content and to provide online features and services.
- Storage: To save app data and user preferences on your device.
- Notifications: To send helpful reminders and status updates.
- Notification Access (Notification Filter only): To read notification content on your device so it can be filtered and forwarded according to your rules.
- SMS Access (SMS Forward only): To read incoming SMS messages on your device so they can be forwarded to your own email address.
Notification Filter — Notification Access
This section applies to the Notification Filter application (package com.mifasuse.notificationfilter).
Why we request Notification Access
Notification Filter uses Android's BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE (Notification Access) permission because reading incoming notifications is the core, user-facing purpose of the app. Without this permission the app cannot function. The permission is used solely to let you filter, organize, and forward your own device notifications according to rules that you create.
What we access and how it is processed
- The app reads the content of incoming notifications (such as the app that sent them, the title, and the text) on your device.
- Notifications are evaluated locally against the filtering rules you define. This on-device processing is what decides whether a notification matches one of your rules.
- Notification Filter does not request or use SMS permissions.
Where your data goes (only where you send it)
- Telegram forwarding (Premium): If you configure a rule with a Telegram action, matching notification content is sent directly to your own Telegram bot via the Telegram Bot API (api.telegram.org), using the bot token you provide. The data goes to your bot, not to Mifasuse.
- Cloud rule backup (Premium): If you enable backup, your filtering rules (not your notification content) are stored in Google Firebase Firestore and secured with Firebase Authentication so that you can restore them on another device.
- No Mifasuse server: The content of your notifications is never sent to, or stored on, Mifasuse's own servers. Mifasuse cannot read your notifications.
The app also uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob as described in the general "Mobile Application Data Collection" section.
SMS Forward — SMS Access
This section applies to the SMS Forward application (package com.mifasuse.smsforward).
Why we request SMS Access
SMS Forward requests the READ_SMS and RECEIVE_SMS permissions because reading your incoming SMS messages is the core, user-facing purpose of the app: it forwards incoming text messages (including one-time passcodes / OTP codes) to your own email address so you can receive them where you need them. Without these permissions the app cannot perform its single, clearly described function. We use these permissions only for this forwarding feature, in line with Google Play's SMS and Permissions policies, and we do not use SMS access for any purpose unrelated to the app's core functionality.
What we access and how it is processed
- The app reads the content and sender of incoming SMS messages on your device.
- Incoming messages are processed locally to build the forwarded message and, where relevant, to detect one-time passcodes (OTP) so they can be delivered to you quickly.
- Any credentials you provide (for example, an email account configuration) are stored locally on your device and are used only to deliver your forwarded messages.
Where your data goes (only to your own email)
- Forwarding to your email: Matching SMS content is delivered to the email address you configure, using either the Gmail API (via Google OAuth authorization that you grant) or a standard SMTP server that you set up.
- No Mifasuse server: The content of your SMS messages is never sent to, or stored on, Mifasuse's own servers. Mifasuse cannot read your SMS messages. The messages travel from your device to the email destination you chose.
- Google API compliance: When you use Gmail-based forwarding, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Gmail access is used solely to send the messages you asked us to forward.
The app also uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob as described in the general "Mobile Application Data Collection" section.

Third-Party Services
Our website and mobile applications may integrate with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, damage, or destruction. Sensitive content processed by our applications (notifications and SMS messages) is handled on your device and transmitted over secure connections to the destinations you configure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Website Data
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Mobile Application Data
The content of notifications and SMS messages is processed on your device and is not retained on Mifasuse servers. Optional cloud backups (such as Notification Filter's rule backup) are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained according to the standard retention policies of Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

- The right to access your personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- The right to delete your personal information

- Revoke access at any time: Disable Notification Access or SMS permissions in your device settings, or uninstall the application, to stop all processing immediately.
- Disconnect destinations: Remove your Telegram bot token or revoke the app's Gmail/Google authorization to stop forwarding.
- Delete backups: Delete any cloud rule backups from within the app, or contact us to request deletion of your account data.
- Analytics: Limit ad personalization and reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy.
